What are your thoughts on the &#039;09 Caronne? Francois kindly sent us a barrel sample which we opened in Dorchester on Saturady. I found it quite hard to judge such a young wine. It did seem to have more weight and a riper profile than the &#039;04. Agree with you that the &#039;00 is delicious at the moment. Sadly down to my last bottle at home! looking forward to the &#039;05 Caronne arriving in store. Quite soon I hear?
